  • Kansas: Fairway, Leawood, Lenexa, Merriam, Mission, Mission Hills, Mission Woods, Olathe, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Roeland Park, Shawnee, Westwood, Westwood Hills

    Missouri: Brookside, Waldo, & surrounding South Kansas City metro areas

    Need something outside these areas?Reach out—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!

    Travel Fees:
    $15 (0–10 miles outside Johnson County)
    $25 (10+ miles outside Johnson County)

  • Yes, when inventory and staffing allow.
    $25 rush fee applies for bookings made within 48 hours.

    You can book up to one year in advance

  • Setup occurs the evening before your event (6–9 PM).

    Early setup option (5-7 AM day of) is an extra $25.

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a payment link via email.

    Payment is due 48 hours prior to installation.

  • You select your custom phrase (Happy Birthday, Congrats, etc.), and our yard sign artist designs a coordinated, eye-catching display using our inventory.

  • Absolutely! Tag @YardCelebrationsKC on Facebook and Instagram—we love seeing & sharing your celebrations!

  • YES! For turf, rock, or frozen ground, weighted stands may be used when available.

  • Yes—with property management approval.

  • Please do not move or adjust the display.

    If there’s an issue, contact us—customer service is our top priority!

  • Our displays are weather-resistant and remain in place during rain or snow.

    In severe weather, setup or pickup may be adjusted for safety.

  • Please review and sign the rental agreement at booking, which outlines responsibilities for damaged items.

  • No refunds are offered since inventory is reserved specifically for your event.

    Credits are available for future use.

  • Yes! We love supporting our community—reach out to inquire about donation opportunities.
